Graffiti Warehouse is a private building, exclusively for photographers, filmmakers and graffiti artists located at 128 West North Ave. It is an amazing 14,000 square foot warehouse located in the Baltimore Arts District, across the street from Joe Squared, Maryland Institute College of Art, Hour Haus, and next to Loads of Fun Gallery. Grraffiti decorated, gorgeous warehouse has ample studio space, both common and private.

We are interested in inviting photographers, filmmakers and graffiti artists to come take advantage of this great space for photo shoots and other creative projects!

Graffiti Warehouse serves as a creative nucleus for photographers and graffiti artists.

For photographers and filmmakers, we offer both monthly and hourly rates for studio use.

For graffiti artists, we offer ample wall and canvas space (special graffiti days)

GEM DONORS

$25 donation 1 hr – Emerald Member

Bronze Membership is $99/mo (right to 10 hrs/mo) plus free admission to events at the warehouse.

One time registration fee of $30 (Use of Common Studios with A Weeks Notice Booking In Advance)

Additional hrs are $15

STUDENTS: Get a discounted rate of %20 off the hourly rates and a %20 off Membership! (Must Submit a copy of a student I.D and proof of enrollment to qualify each semester)

At this time, we are in the process of creating a non-profit group for Photographers in Baltimore. To do this, we are asking for donations in exchange for either becoming a Studio Member or the Graffiti Warehouse at an hourly rate. All donations go towards the building’s expansion and upkeep such a cleaning, painting, buying furniture for the common studios, as well as host fundraising events.
